I am a professional event consultant with over 15 years of experience designing, planning, implementing, and ‘fixing’ events for non-profit, corporate, and private clients — from New York to Alaska. Events benefit from my broad foundation of skills including theater design (lighting, sound, and stage/set), planning and directing (large stage and touring productions), and a healthy dose of OCD in my approach to project management.

I love to explore possibilities so brainstorming million dollar ideas comes naturally to me, but I also know we have to make it work — in reality and in your budget. I add value to events by expecting the highest quality from myself and others, leading to better execution of our collaborative efforts. My clients appreciate my approachable and transparent style as I enthusiastically share my knowledge and help make connections to resources as seamless as possible. In fact, one started referring to me as Pocket Gail because having me on speed dial was like having an extensive list of resources and experience all neatly tucked in her pocket. The name stuck!

My event expertise was refined while living in Anchorage, Alaska where I continue to support the staff of Art Services North. I now call Cleveland home and am proud to work locally with non-profit and corporate clients, as well as a selection of calm, cool and collected brides.
